Lovely antique French faience plates by Creil et Montereau, part of the Service Napoléon series. The “Labrador” pattern features a refined green transfer design of garlands and scrolling foliage in a soft yellow-green tone, warm and muted, like fresh olive leaves against the creamy faience.

Each plate bears the Creil et Montereau / Labrador / Email sans plomb / Déposé mark and impressed factory stamp on the reverse. Visible crazing and tonal variation consistent with age and use.
