Painted in oil on an Italian CWR primed board (40 x 50 cm), this richly textured floral still life features a cobalt blue vase brimming with stylized blooms in swirling strokes of yellow, pink, blue, and green. The surface has visible impasto, especially in the petals, adding depth and movement to the composition. The dark green and teal background creates contrast while maintaining a moody, painterly tone. Appears to be initialed “LA” in the lower corner. The back retains the original board label. Sourced in France. Some wear and smudging to the reverse and edges, consistent with studio use.

Styling notes:
