A classic French utilitarian stoneware pot in a warm, mottled brown glaze with simple pulled side handles and a pale interior glaze. Beautiful firing variations throughout, including the lighter patches on the base—very typical of 20th-century French stoneware production. The form, glaze, and handle style place it circa 1930s–1940s.
