A 19th-century assemblage of plaster relief medallions mounted on period marbled paper and presented in a Napoleon III frame retaining its original black and gilt surface. The group features classical portrait busts and mythological scenes, arranged in their original shadowbox setting. Age toning and surface irregularities consistent with antique plaster. These are early relief casts, not marked or wrapped intaglios.
